FAQs

Are you an emergency facility?

No, we are not. While we will do our best to accommodate emergency care needs during our business hours, we refer to local 24-hour emergency facilities for after-hours emergencies.

Do you accept pet insurance?

We are willing to send over whatever each insurance company needs, but we do not directly work with any pet insurance companies.

Can you fill my prescription without seeing my pet?

No, we can only fill prescriptions for our current patients.

Do we see exotics or large animals?

No, we only treat dogs and cats.

Do you perform routine/wellness care?

Yes! We may be an animal hospital, but we also provide a complete spectrum of preventative care and wellness services to keep your pet in tip-top shape. We strongly recommend having your pets seen by our veterinarians at least once a year to stay ahead of any potential health issues before they develop into something more serious.

Do you offer payment plans?

No, payment is required when service is rendered. However, we are able to accept CareCredit and All Pet Card. Learn more about these programs on our payment options.

Do you take walk-ins?

No, we prefer to work by appointment. We try to take walk-ins on an emergency basis as availability allows, but if you are having a pet emergency, we strongly recommend you call us before arriving so we can prepare for your pet’s care.

Do you need to see my pet again to refill a prescription for a recurring condition?

Not unless we have recently seen your pet for that condition, and they are currently under treatment for it. Otherwise, we will need to see the pet again.
