Rabies Vaccine
It is our policy that every animal seen at our facility be current on Rabies vaccine. If you can not provide proof of current rabies vaccine, your pet will receive a rabies vaccine at your expense while at our clinic. This is not only state law, but also for the protection of our team members that will be handling your pet.
Prescription Medications
Federal law Prohibits the dispensing of certain medications without examination or prescription. Therefore, we require that every patient be current with a yearly exam in order for us to sell or write prescriptions for medications and prescription diets.
Payments
All fees are due and payable when services are rendered. There will be a $40.00 charge on all returned checks. Interest charges of 18% will be added to all accounts with a balance. All accounts over 90 days past due are subject to collection activity and collection fees. A current drivers license and photo I.D. must be presented for all check payments.
If you are a new client, please be aware that we have a required deposit to hold your first appointment with us. Learn more about that here.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Zero Tolerance
We are incredibly proud of our team and believe in their integrity, work ethic and passion. They are a long-standing, dedicated and hard-working team of individuals who show up every day to care for your pets. Please know that we will not under any circumstances tolerate the rudeness or mistreatment of our team members (including in person and on the phone) and do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This is a zero tolerance policy and any clients found to violate this policy will be fired.
