Our Veterinarians
Dr. Denna Ingram
DVM/Owner
Dr. Denna was raised in Slidell. She opened Justin Animal Hospital in 1997. She lives in Ponder with her husband, and they have 2 children.
She attended Texas A&M, where she received her Bachelor’s in Wildlife and Fisheries in 1992, Bachelor’s in Animal Science in 1994, and Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1996.
In her free time, she enjoys riding her mules, hunting, and raising her quail, chickens, and turkeys.
Dr. Paul Ingram
DVM/Owner
Dr. Paul was raised in Justin. He opened Justin Animal Hospital in 1997. He lives in Ponder with his wife, and they have 2 children. He attended A&M and received his Bachelor’s in Animal Science in 1994 and his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1996. In his free time, he enjoys riding his mules, hunting, and tending to his honey bees.

Certified Veterinary Practice Manager
Crystal joined our team in 2012. She has been in the veterinary field for over 20 years. She has worked in several positions within the field and has worked in emergency care as well. She has a passion for all animals. She lives in Justin with her husband, daughter, and their crew of French Bulldogs. She is committed to furthering her education in veterinary medicine and obtained her CVPM in 2023.
Shantell
Lead Client Service Representative
Shantell joined our team in 2017. She is a former ACO for the City of Denton. She has a passion for animals, both small and large. She loves camping, fishing, and hunting with her husband and her Grandpa. She lives in Ponder with her husband and their dog Rebel.

Penney Gould
Veterinary Technician
Penney has been with us since 2009. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 14 years. She has been a great asset to the clinic, working her way from Assistant to Technician and is very passionate about large and small animals.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time on her farm with her husband and their NUMEROUS rescue animals. She enjoys horseback riding and being active outdoors.
Lori Burleson
Veterinary Technician
Lori joined our team in 2021. She is a nationally certified Veterinary Technician who has been in the field for over 25 years. She is passionate about all animals. She lives in Sanger with her husband and has a daughter. She works with rescue and rehab of raccoons.
Sierra Keller
Veterinary Technician
Sierra joined our team in 2018. She is passionate about all animals, big and small. She is graduating from Dallas College in the Spring of 2025 and from there will become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She plans on eventually getting her Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She owns a dog, Piglet, two cats, Petunia and Tiger, two horses, Girle and Hottie, a bearded dragon, Phoenix, and an Iguana Xena (who is pictured in her photo). In her free time, she competes in barrel racing and loves to read and draw.
Caleb Parker
Veterinary Technician
Caleb joined our team in 2022. He has been a vet tech for 8 years. He enjoys being outdoors as well as spending time with his family and friends.
Kinzi McCormick
Veterinary Technician
Kinzi has been around veterinary medicine her entire life, and decided to start working in the field as soon as she was able. She has been with us since 2018. She started as a kennel assistant and is now a veterinary assistant. She is passionate about animals and has a blind great dane named Maverick and a poodle mix named Blazer.

Technician Assistant
Brooklin is from Amarillo and has one dog named Jane. She started with Justin Animal Hospital in November 2021 as a kennel technician. She graduated from high school in May 2022. She has since been promoted to a full time Technician Assistant. She is currently in school to become an EMT.
Jesenia Elias
Assistant
Jesenia joined our team in 2024. She has been a great asset to our team. In her free time, she loves crocheting, reading, and spending time with her kittens. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s in biology at UNT in hopes of attending vet school at Texas A&M.
Sydne Jones
Veterinary Technician
Sydne joined our team in 2024. Sydne has been in the veterinary field for 2 years. She grew up in Justin and during her free time she likes to spend it with her cat Robin while enjoying a good book.
Sherry Rhodes
Veterinary Assistant
Sherry joined our team in 2016. She lives in Denton with her husband, and they have 3 children. She has 3 dogs and 3 cats. She is passionate about all animals. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and travelling.
Brandy Marlett
Veterinary Assistant
Brandy started with Justin Animal Hospital in 2023, but has been in the veterinary industry for over 5 years and is currently working to transfer to a closer vet school. Her passion in veterinary medicine is physical therapy and rehabilitation.
She has one cat, but hopes to someday have a Great Pyrenees after completing vet school. She looks forward to caring for the community and getting to know everyone and their pets.
